Comparison EMS to Functional EMS
The word EMS stands for "electromyostimulation" and means electrical muscle stimulation. The increasingly popular method of strength training has its origins in physiotherapy. There, the training has been used for over 50 years for the treatment of injuries.
In contrast to the classic EMS training, my Functional EMS offers training with complete freedom of movement, the use of weights and additional equipment. Each workout is different and sets new stimuli. Boredom can not come up that way!
As a result, in addition to building muscle and burning fat, stimuli for the passive structures of the body (bones, tendons, ligaments, intervertebral discs, menisci ...) are also set. The classic EMS training is not enough to set sufficient stimuli for the adaptation of the passive structures.
